“I was never the girl who had a dream of her wedding dress. I went into one shop prior to Champagne&Charlotte and as I tried on a selection, I still had no idea and thought wedding dresses just weren’t for me. When I stepped into Champagne&Charlotte, it automatically felt different. The boutique itself is MAGIC. Charlotte was so friendly and welcoming and with even with my vague, uncertain description, she listened, understood and instantly got me. The dress I went for was the only dress I had seen online that I was excited by, but thought it would never look like that on me. Charlotte gave me every confidence it would, and helped me to pick another handful of dresses that hand on heart, I would have also had in an instant. Even though I was ‘late bride’ (I first visited 6 months before my wedding – which Charlotte will tell you, is a BIG no – 12-18 months before is optimum), Charlotte sorted everything and made it happen. I never felt stressed because of the reassurance and communication Charlotte gave me. At a later appointment, I also met Charlene, who was just as professional, accommodating and lovely (even though I was horrendously late!).

Kate came into the boutique with a photo of our gorgeous Charlene showing off our amazing Riva wedding dress from Enzoani and although she loved the photo, she was so nervous it wouldn’t suit her. However, as soon as put it on, everyone agreed it was absolutely perfect for her!
Hair & Makeup – Kate did this herself and went for her signature bold red lip which looked incredible with her bright bouquet.
