“Before I went to Champagne and Charlotte I had already been to three other bridal shops and was pretty sure I had already found my dress. However, I still didn’t feel 100% about it and I was just getting a bit fed up of looking at dresses to be honest! I decided to visit Charlotte based on the amazing reviews and just to have one last look before I bought the other dress. Well… as soon as I entered Champagne and Charlotte I didn’t think about the other dress once. Her selection of dresses is gorgeous and I found ‘the one’ straight away.
I was a little worried about how revealing the neckline was, even so I still felt like it was my dress. Charlotte suggested a couple of alterations that the designer would be able to make to solve this, while not changing the style or the look of it. The detachable skirt/train was genius as well. It wasn’t something I ever would have considered until Charlotte put forward the idea.
If you’re looking for a wedding dress don’t bother going anywhere else.”

“Champagne and Charlotte was the first bridal shop that I visited. I honestly did not know what to expect but it is safe to say that I was absolutely blown away. I had absolutely no idea what style of dress I wanted, but Charlene and Charlotte were so unbelievably helpful. They made the experience so exciting but calming, and were incredibly kind and reassuring. When I finally tried my dress on, I instantly knew it was ‘the one’. So yes, in the first shop I visited, I found my dress! When I left I instantly wanted to put it on again and when I returned for fittings or measurements, I loved it even more every time. The whole process was so smooth and communication was so quick!
I honestly could not recommend Champagne and Charlotte enough! One of the most exciting experiences of my wedding process and one that I will most definitely not forget.”

“I went into one shop prior to Champagne&Charlotte and as I tried on a selection, I still had no idea and thought wedding dresses just weren’t for me. When I stepped into Champagne&Charlotte, it automatically felt different. The boutique itself is MAGIC. Charlotte was so friendly and welcoming and with even with my vague, uncertain description, she listened, understood and instantly got me.
The dress I went for was the only dress I had seen online that I was excited by, but thought it would never look like that on me. Charlotte gave me every confidence it would, and helped me to pick another handful of dresses that hand on heart, I would have also had in an instant. At a later appointment, I also met Charlene, who was just as professional, accommodating and lovely.
I was so proud to be a Champagne&Charlotte bride and I’m sure when you visit, you will be too.”

“I can’t thank Charlotte and Charlene enough for all of their help through my wedding dress journey. I wanted a dress that was different and made a statement, not just you’re average wedding dress that’s been seen a million times before. I was convinced that I wouldn’t find “the one” in the UK and ended up purchasing one in Malta. However, 2 postponements/years later and I just didn’t feel like myself in my dress any longer. I had 6 months to try and find a new and improved “the one” and I messaged Charlotte in a panic. She was absolutely amazing! Charlotte managed to get me into a cancelled slot and contacted her suppliers to check which dresses could arrive in time. I arrived for my appointment flustered and anxious but it turned out being the most incredible experience. I was never rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Charlotte and Charlene would have had a string of brides lined up for the day but I was made to feel like I was the most important person in the world. Every dress I tried on was beautiful, I would have been happy walking down the aisle in any of them.
I can’t believe I travelled so far and yet Charlotte has the most amazing selection of dresses right on my door step. It also helps that the boutique is so pretty and Charlotte and Charlene are just the loveliest people that put you at ease. It’s clear they are so passionate about their work and you feel assured that you’re in safe hands. My dress blew everyone away and most importantly I felt like myself! I also left everyone and everything covered in glitter but I loved it! Thank you thank you thank you”

“The best bridal boutique EVER!!! I travelled down from Birmingham to Bideford and it was soooo worth it! Charlotte and Charlene are the loveliest people you could ever wish to meet and made me feel so comfortable! The boutique is BEAUTIFUL and very spacious! (No fighting to get into massive dresses in a tiny cubicle with no help like at some other bridal shops)! You are the only bride in the boutique for your appointment and the girls manage to make you feel like you are the only bride in the world! All of the dresses were STUNNING and such a large choice! When it came to the alterations, Loraine was amazing and so patient and made sure it fit PERFECTLY!
Hands down the best supplier and left me with not a shred of worry about anything to do with the dress – couldn’t have been a smoother and more enjoyable experience with C&C and I’m so grateful to them both for everything!”

“Charlotte is a dream! I initially had a very tight timeframe to find a dress before my wedding and after our first phone call, Charlotte had done a bunch of research contacting her designers to see what dresses could be ready in 3 months and had them all set out ready for me- so amazing.
On arrival at my appointment, Charlotte was bright and bubbly and so friendly. It felt like shopping with a friend, she was not pushy at all and just super helpful. My Mum and Aunty especially loved being pampered with fizz and chocolates. It was hard to pick a dress because her
collection is just beautiful, but on finding ‘the one’, Charlotte had tears in her eyes! I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. She made sure to keep in touch and made it all so easy and enjoyable, it was a wonderful experience and I felt amazing on my wedding day.
